the location was unbeatable , right on the slope with easy access to the cable car, and the view of the valley was breathtaking even when it was submerged in fog. Our room was comfortable, well, sized, clean, and had enough storage space for clothes. the bathroom had good water pressure, and the shower gel was provided. the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming , they made us feel at home. the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel restaurant were very tasty and had a great selection , both menu and buffet options. the hotel also offers great massages.
The coat hangers in the room were a bit limited, but it was a minor issue considering the other facilities and advantages of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location in the mountains was absolutely stunning, being right next to the slopes. Additionally, the parking and transportation were very convenient.

Great location near the mountains and a lot of nice hiking spots around! the hotel's exterior looks nice, and they have a variety of room sizes and options. the breakfast was decent with nice options for everyone.
Man, the staff was not fun. I mean, they were not rude, but not helpful or happy in their jobs.

The food offered was delicious and the restaurant atmosphere cozy. We enjoyed the convenience of a big parking lot and the comfortable bed in our room. The location was great, with easy access to hiking and other mountain activities.
We were also hoping for some room service, as we arrived late and didn't want to go out for dinner. Unfortunately, this was not offered.
